Residential & Multi-Family Management Company

HOME LLC is was established by Heather & Timothy Hodnicki as a small property management company. Since then it has been aggressively and successfully growing into a multi management company capable of developing and managing conventional & federal/state subsidy programs.  

Timothy’s experience has ranged all the way from the physical labor to complete the project to managing the schedule, costs and compliance with the National Park Service, lenders and various government agencies. This vast and unique experience from the design, funding rounds, project management, schedule and scheduling issues, cost control & compliance makes him a very strong candidate to instill confidence to navigate any conventional or subsidized development project. 

 Heather has had many years of experience as a residential insurance inspector which gives her a unique perspective as to properly manage rental properties for the long run. Heather also operates her own residential inspection company which further grows her experience in assessing properties and managing them properly not only for today but well into the future. Heather’s passion for property management and relationship management shines through as she is as dedicated to our satisfied residents as she is to the buildings themselves.
